On this coast,
a hormone specialist is hard to find.
This one answers his own messages.
Two specialties in one doctor. Internal Medicine reads the whole body. Endocrinology reads the hormones. Most men never get either, and almost nobody gets both.
Every article here is free. Having it read against your case is the paid part.
- Flat. You get through the day. You stopped enjoying it.
- Low. Sex stopped being a priority and you can't say when.
- Heavier. Same food, same wine, different shape.
- Soft. You train harder than men who look better than you.
- Endocrinologist
- Internal Medicine
- Board certified in Spain
- 14 years of training
You could wait
for this chair.
A referral, a queue, then twelve minutes with someone who has never seen your file. Or you speak to the specialist this week and arrive already knowing what your bloodwork means.
Skip the queue, message himTwo specialties. One doctor.
Internal Medicine is the discipline of the whole body, and it is the basis of serious medical thinking. Endocrinology is the subspecialty that reads the hormones. He holds both.
One reads the system. The other reads the detail. You are not paying for a test. You are paying for the man who can read it.

Endocrinology
Board certified in Endocrinology and Nutrition, the specialty that exists for hormones, metabolism, the thyroid and the glands. Full specialist training in the Spanish hospital system.
Internal Medicine
Board certified in Internal Medicine, the specialty of complex adult disease and the one other doctors call when a case does not fit. Your heart, your kidneys and your medication stay in the same conversation.
Andrology Certified
Trained in andrology, fertility and sexual medicine with ASESA, the Spanish association for the field, across the 2025 and 2026 editions of its national course. Most doctors never train in this at all.
Ultrasound Certified
Expert-course trained in bedside ultrasound, with years of daily use through hospital medicine. When something needs to be looked at, I can look at it myself.
Best Of His Class In Medical School
Best academic record of his medical school class, then six years as a general practitioner in a Dutch-organized system before any specialty.
I trained in family medicine first, six years of it, in a Dutch-organized system. I was the ten minute appointment, so I can tell you precisely what it catches and what it misses.
Then two specialties. Endocrinology, because that is who reads hormones. Internal Medicine, because your heart, your metabolism and your medication belong in the same conversation. Most endocrinologists spend their careers on thyroid and diabetes and never train in the male side. I did.
Three health systems behind me. I know the medicine you grew up with and the medicine where you live now. And nobody pays me to reach a particular conclusion about you.
Two things my diplomas say that this page did not, until now: I graduated with the best academic record of my medical school class, and I hold accredited training in andrology, fertility and sexual medicine with ASESA, the Spanish association for exactly this field. And I sign my work: this whole site is mine.

You already know something changed.
You have never been able to prove it, because nobody measured properly. Four steps, and you will know what to ask for.
Free to read. Nothing to enter.
These are five questions taken from the ADAM symptom checklist, not the full instrument and not a diagnostic test. Symptoms overlap heavily with other conditions, which is why an answer here is a reason to measure and never an answer on its own.
Questions adapted from Morley JE et al, Metabolism 2000. These symptoms also come from thyroid problems, sleep apnea, low iron and several common medications. The Endocrine Society advises against using symptom questionnaires to screen men who came for something else, which is exactly why this one settles nothing on its own.
From the symptom
to the specialist
In order, or straight to the part you came for.
Do you have low testosterone symptoms?
Three things bring almost every man here. His sex drive went quiet. His weight settled around the middle. He runs on empty.
They travel together for a reason. They're not proof, though: thyroid, sleep apnea, low iron and several common medications produce the same list. Which is why step two exists.
Ask the hormone specialistThe signs men actually notice
The symptoms in the order men actually report them, and the one most of them never mention out loud.
Read itWhat it quietly costs you
Not dramatic. Cumulative. What years of it takes from work, training and marriage.
Read itTrain hard, stay soft
Why the man in the gym four times a week can still be the man who never changes shape.
Read itHow common is it really
The published figures disagree wildly, and the reason they disagree matters more than the numbers.
Read itWhen erections change
The most searched symptom, and the one most often blamed on the wrong thing.
Read it
Your panel probably missed it.
Most men were tested once, in the afternoon, with a single line on the form. That's not a panel. That's a number.
Ask what should have been measuredOne number. Half a panel. Or the whole picture.
The difference is not who can order the tests. Anyone can order the tests. The difference is who can turn your numbers into an answer: what they mean, what to measure next, and what to do about it.
How it is actually diagnosed
The sequence a specialist follows, and why a single result never ends the question.
Read itWhat a blood panel measures
What each marker is telling you, in plain language, and what it can't tell you.
Read itWhy a normal result can still be wrong
The number that gets missed, and the men it explains.
Read itWhy it declines with age
How much is age, how much is not, and why that distinction changes what you do.
Read itTwo men, the same low number
LH and FSH decide which of two entirely different problems you have.
Read itSix ways your result was wrong
Wrong time of day, one sample, an illness nobody asked about.
Read it
One test is not a diagnosis.
Reading it is the skill. Several values against each other, against your symptoms, and against the man you were three years ago. A printed reference range knows none of that.
Have yours read properlyLow testosterone isn't a mood. It's a health problem.
Observational data. Association, not proof. Which is exactly why it belongs measured rather than guessed. Society for Endocrinology 2022 and Endocrine Society 2018 guidelines.
What this means in my caseYour heart, read honestly
What the cardiovascular data actually shows, including the parts that get quoted out of context.
Read itDiabetes and testosterone
The finding that surprises most men: it isn't only about body weight.
Read itSore joints
The marker that falls alongside it, and why the ache isn't simply age.
Read itFertility
The number nobody looked at, in men who had been investigated for years.
Read itFast weight loss
What losing weight quickly does to your hormones, in both directions.
Read itCoffee
A real study, a genuinely odd result, and what it does and doesn't mean.
Read it
You won't feel the day it starts.
You'll feel the decade.
Roughly 0.4% a year. Three times faster in the form your body can actually use. Nothing announces itself. By the time it is obvious, it has usually been running for years.
Find out how long this has been runningWhy it has to be a properly trained doctor
This field is being handled online by influencers, by clinics with no doctor behind them, and by confident men selling the thing they're describing. Done improperly it produces serious, avoidable complications.
Whether your symptoms are hormonal at all, and what your numbers mean, is a specialist judgment. Reading hormones against your heart, your metabolism and your medication is what the specialty exists for.
And the reason to do it properly isn't fear. Done right, health first, this is a field where men get their quality of life back.
Ask the hormone specialistWho should actually assess you
The difference between a general opinion and a specialist assessment, and when it matters.
Read itIs treatment safe, honestly
The safety data as it stands, including the trials people quote incorrectly in both directions.
Read itHow long anything takes
What changes first, what changes late, and what doesn't change at all.
Read itHow much you get back by losing weight
The article that argues against treating you. Read it first.
Read itYour prostate, without the folklore
Fifty years of assumption, tested against the largest safety trial.
Read itThe side effect that is real
Not the prostate, not the heart. The one a specialist actually watches.
Read itTwo doctors. The same man.
Opposite answers.
If you've been told contradictory things, you're not imagining it. Where you live decides which answer you get.
Both of those are algorithms.
Neither is an assessment.

He sells knowledge, guidance and experience.
And the network behind them.
Every article here is free and stays free. What is paid is his knowledge, his time, his experience, and access to a network of the highest trained medical professionals licensed in Spain. He goes through your symptoms and your bloodwork, tells you what the likely problem is, what to measure next, and where near you to get it done. Where it needs another specialty, he tells you which and why, and that care sits with that doctor. He's your guide. Nothing else is sold here.
He is neither of those.
Reachable this week, and reading your case instead of a rule.
He reads and answers every message himself, and he answers quickly. No medication is supplied or dispensed through this site.
I write and review every page here myself, and I answer the messages myself too. I won't tell you what to take. I'm also not going to pretend one number settles anything, because it doesn't.
What I will do is read your situation properly and tell you what I actually think, including the times when the honest answer is that your hormones are fine and the problem is somewhere else. Plenty of men hear that from me. It's still worth knowing.
