Hormone Health Explained Independent Medical Education

What is for sale here is knowledge, guidance and consultation. We do not sell testosterone, medicines or prescriptions, and nothing is supplied or dispensed through this site.

Two men in conversation across a desk
The Next Step

What talking to the doctor involves

Most men hesitate because they do not know what they are walking into. So here it is, plainly.

This is a conversation, not a sales appointment. You bring your symptoms and any results you already have. You get them explained by a specialist, and an honest answer about whether anything needs investigating further.

No medicine, no product and no supplement is sold to you, here or at any point. What his time is worth is discussed openly, never through a brochure.

Who you actually speak to

The doctor himself. Not a coordinator, not a patient advisor, not a salesperson with a script.

Three ways to have the consult

Whichever suits you. Ask on WhatsApp and he will tell you what fits your situation.

English and Dutch, both spoken properly.

The bloodwork, wherever you live

This is the part men assume will be complicated from abroad. It is not.

What happens in the conversation

If your problem turns out not to be hormonal, you will be told that.

What it is not

What you leave with

An explanation you understand, in plain language, of what your symptoms and your numbers actually mean. Where further investigation is warranted, exactly what should be measured and why. Where a diagnosis is appropriate, the diagnosis and what it means for you. Talked through in the consult and put in writing afterwards, so you still have it a month later.

For as long as you want it

Very little in hormonal medicine is settled in a single conversation. Some men want one, get their answer and go. Others want a specialist alongside them over months or over a year, as things change and as new results come in. He works both ways, and how much of his time you want is your decision, not a menu you have to pick from.

Privacy

Discretion goes both ways. You will not find his face on this site, and what you tell him does not leave the conversation. Consultations are private and confidential, held to normal Spanish medical standards. If you write on WhatsApp, you decide what you put in the message. The symptom check collects nothing: it runs entirely inside your own browser, no answers are transmitted or stored, and there is no account and no tracking of your result. If you write to him through the form below, only your name, your email address and what you write are sent, straight to him.

One honest note on cost. A consult is a private medical appointment, like any specialist appointment, and it is priced as his time. No pressure and no upsell in the room, and no medicine or product is ever sold to you. Ask on WhatsApp and you will be told a number, not sent a brochure.

Verifiable, for anyone who wants to check. A double specialist in Endocrinology and Internal Medicine, board certified in Spain and registered with the official College of Physicians. The registration number is not printed on this site, because a published number can be copied and misused by people who are not doctors. Ask for it on WhatsApp and you will be given it, and you can check it yourself.

Ask your question

Start with a message if that is easier than a call. It reaches the doctor directly.

Messages are read and answered personally by the doctor. English and Dutch.

Educational information and, where appropriate, clinical assessment and diagnosis. No medicine or product is sold, supplied or advertised on this site.

Or write to the doctor

If a message is easier than a chat, use this. It goes straight to his inbox and he answers it himself.

No newsletter, no list, no forwarding to anyone else. Your message is read by the doctor and nobody else.
