- Completely independent. No silent partners, no investors, no influencer sales network. Nobody is paying him to reach a particular conclusion about you.
Three ways to have the consult
Whichever suits you. Ask on WhatsApp and he will tell you what fits your situation.
- Online. Forty-five minutes by video, from anywhere in Europe. He goes through your symptoms, your history and your own laboratory results with you. This is how most men do it, and nothing is lost by doing it this way.
- In clinic. Various locations across Marbella, 29602 and 29603, and Fuengirola 29640, depending on availability.
- Concierge, at your address. Face to face at your own home, for men who would rather not sit in a waiting room.
English and Dutch, both spoken properly.
The bloodwork, wherever you live
This is the part men assume will be complicated from abroad. It is not.
- In Spain. The doctor orders the panel himself. You do not have to work out what to ask for, and nothing gets left off.
- Outside Spain. You have blood drawn at a lab near you, and the results are read properly in the consult. Northern Europe is covered as easily as the coast.
- Results you already have. Bring them. Older results are often more useful than new ones, because they show direction rather than a single moment.
What happens in the conversation
- Your symptoms, in your words, and how long they have been going on.
- Your history, your medication, your sleep, your alcohol, your weight. All of it matters and all of it changes the interpretation.
- Any bloodwork you already have, read properly rather than glanced at.
- A straight answer on what the picture suggests, what it rules out, and whether measurement is worth doing.
- Where a diagnosis can be made, it is made and explained to you.
What it is not
- It is not a prescription service. Nothing is prescribed, supplied or sold through this site.
- It is not a route to a conclusion decided in advance. Nobody pays him to reach a particular answer about you, and a good number of men are told their hormones are fine and the cause lies elsewhere.
- It is not an emergency service. If something is acute, go to a hospital or call 112.
What you leave with

Others want a specialist alongside them over months or over a year, as things change and as new results come in. He works both ways, and how much of his time you want is your decision, not a menu you have to pick from.
Privacy
Discretion goes both ways. You will not find his face on this site, and what you tell him does not leave the conversation. Consultations are private and confidential, held to normal Spanish medical standards. If you write on WhatsApp, you decide what you put in the message. The symptom check collects nothing: it runs entirely inside your own browser, no answers are transmitted or stored, and there is no account and no tracking of your result.
